Data set name

The data set may be referred to by a unique name which is set when the set is defined. The name may be up to 16 characters long and must not contain spaces or dots (except that internal DSPACK objects have names starting with a dot). The name must not start from a '-' sign. If a '-' sign appears as a first character of the name when the data set is referred to DSPACK assumes that the name should not be used and the data set should be found directly using the handle or call descriptor.
