Mixed data set

The ability of saving data of different types into one data set may be important if some c-type structures are to be mapped into the DSPACK objects. Mixed data sets may contain any number of items of different types - the types 1 to 6 above are allowed. When defining a mixed data set the programmer specifies the content in a way very similar to that used by ZEBRA - with following differences:

• a) nL tokens are allowed for LOGICAL items
• b) no "/" or '*' or 'S' items are allowed
• c) nH token must be specified separately for each item, even if they follow each other ( '3H 3H' rather than '6H' must be used to describe two 12-character items)
