ds open

ds open file [-o [-m]] [-unit n]

file

DSPACK data file name - the name is expanded using client's environment before being passed to the server.

-o

If present - open the file for output

-unit n

DSPACK I/O unit number (from 0 to 9) - default is 1

-m

(Only for output) - Mark all objects.

Instructs the server to open data file and read the header. If opening input file, the list of objects found is printed.
