analysis for the
kaon spectra published in the PRC article [1], and
in a PRL draft that is circulating in the collaboration now (June
2006). The aim of this note is to document the
analysis in some detail, both as a reference for future questions
about this analysis and to provide a starting point for future
analyses in this area.
The original analysis at 40, 80 and 160 GeV is also documented in my Ph.D. thesis [2].
